Daiwa ELEV8 Rods are 7 foot 10 inch, extra fast action saltwater casting rods designed for jigging for bottom fish. All in all, ELEV8 rods are well-suited for many different bottom jigs and techniques, highly effective for rockfish, snapper, fluke, flounder and other bottom fish. Specifically designed for Daiwa's Rock Rover Jigs, the rods work well with many other jigs and spoons too.

The rod blank uses Daiwa's X-45 Bias Construction, a material that resists twisting for a truer bend. The composite blank also utilizes Glatech Technology for added durability and strength. The rods are finished with Fuji® Tangle-Free K-Guides with FazLite Rings, which facilitate more efficient casts and overall rod durability. For added convenience, a movable hook keeper band secures a wide variety of jigs and rigs.
